Returns Policy
We will take all
practical steps to prevent a problem
with your order, and believe you will be pleased with our products and
services. If it becomes necessary for you to return a product
to us, it is important for you to know that we have ALWAYS treated our
customers fairly regarding returns (and will continue to do so) as long
as our customers are fair with us. If you have any questions about our

If, after receiving and inspecting your order, you are not
completely
satisfied for any reason we will
gladly exchange it or refund your money, subject to the following
conditions:
1.
You
must return the product within 30 days of receipt (shipping cost
prepaid) for a refund. Return the product to: Gold Key Security, Attn:
Product Returns Department, 28970 W. Yellow River Road, Danbury, WI
54830.
2.
You
will receive a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and
handling, as long as the product is not subject to a restocking fee
(products subject to a restocking fee will be identified on the
products’ description
pages).
3.
The
product must not have been installed or used and must be returned in
the original packaging (which also must be in new
condition).
4.
The
product must be returned to us packaged within outer packaging.
(Original product packaging that has been taped up with a label and
postage applied to it will be considered damaged and will not be
accepted).
5.
A
returned product that has been installed or used, is missing parts, or
has missing or damaged packaging will be assessed a damage fee that
will vary from 10% up to the full purchase price. If your
return arrives with internal damage you will be notified and you will
have the option to file a claim with your shipping agent or instruct
Gold Key Security to return it to you.
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or if you received
a damaged or defective product, we will ship out a replacement product
when you return the product to us, and will pay the shipping costs
including reimbursing you for the return shipping charges up to the
amount of the original shipping charges.
